Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Rasley Logistics ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Rasley Logistics provides freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain management services including but not limited to:

• Air freight transportation
• Ocean freight transportation (FCL and LCL)
• Road and rail transportation
• Warehousing and distribution
• Customs brokerage and clearance
• Project cargo and specialized logistics
• Insurance and value-added services

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided by Rasley Logistics are:

• Valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified
• Based on information provided by the customer at the time of quotation
• Subject to change if shipment details differ from quoted specifications
• Exclusive of duties, taxes, and customs fees unless explicitly included

Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, and any additional services required during transit.

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your shipment
• Properly package and label goods according to industry standards
• Obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and authorizations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all charges when due
• Notify us of any special handling requirements

4. Prohibited Items

We do not transport prohibited or restricted items including but not limited to:

• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Weapons and ammunition (without proper authorization)
• Hazardous materials not declared in accordance with regulations
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Perishable items requiring special conditions (without prior arrangement)
• Live animals (without specialized service agreement)

5. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the terms specified in applicable international conventions (including Warsaw Convention, Hague-Visby Rules, or CMR Convention as applicable) and our standard trading conditions.

Insurance: Basic cargo insurance is included up to the carrier's standard liability limits. Additional insurance coverage is available upon request and at customer's expense. We recommend customers declare full value for high-value shipments.

Exclusions: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, war, strikes, government actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Claims

Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be:

• Submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)
• Accompanied by supporting documentation (photos, invoices, packing lists)
• For concealed damage, notified within 3 days of discovery

Failure to notify within these timeframes may result in claim denial.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Interest at 1.5% per month will be charged on overdue accounts
• We reserve the right to withhold services for overdue accounts
• Customer is responsible for collection costs and legal fees

8. Customs and Compliance

Customer is responsible for:

• Accurate declaration of goods, values, and origins
• Payment of all duties, taxes, and customs fees
• Compliance with import/export regulations of all relevant countries
• Providing necessary documentation for customs clearance

Rasley Logistics acts as agent for customs clearance and is not liable for customer's non-compliance with customs regulations.

9. Lien and Rights

We reserve a general lien on all goods and documents in our possession for any sums due to us. We may sell or dispose of goods to satisfy outstanding charges after providing reasonable notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Shanghai, China.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
